I've got an arranged dueloming up with an Aane Undead mage. I've only ever fought against frost mages at my level? As a lk, anything spial I need to wah out for? Or just the usually strats? He does outgear me and has more resillee, but I'm not really worried about that at this point.
Deep Aane has about the same amount of trks as a deep e, although they are obviously different. On his defensive he has some extra damage absorb, a more efftive Mana Shield, and his 2 big ones against a Lk - Improved Dampen Mag (Mag Attunement) and Slow. Now the marvelous thing here is that you are Demo, so he is going to have tohoose whether to slow you or your Pet (whh is probobly a toss up between Guard and Puppy, unless you guys are both eeptionally well geared in whhase your guard wont bother him too mh.) If you use Guard he'll likely Slow the Guard down, if you use Puppy he'll use Slow on you. Slow dreases mobility AND greatly ireasesast time. Good thing here is it will burn alot of his mana. He may try to sheep your pet, or immobilize him in some other fashion. If you find yourself in a pkle just resummon with FDMS. For his offense you're looking at him popping most hisDs early in an attempt to knk you out quk with a steady flow of highost Damage, primarily Aane Blast or Aane Missiles (depending on if you're trying to fear him or not.) Oe he gets you down to a dent degree he'll thenome in with his PoM Fireball (Pyro if he's got it) and his Instantasts in an attempt to knk you out before youan roupe through Drain LifeHeathstonePott. Unless you're sitting on a pathet amount of HP, he'll be low on Mana by now, and if youan survive this full blast he hasoming at you or thrwart it before hean even try then you're essentially set. After that he's pretty rewed. He may try toC you in order to Evate and Bandaid, but his NoFearDs will both be shot by now and oe you pop out of sheep you'll have a hefty advantage. Unless he's real good, you probobly wont have too bad of a fight, mostly its gonna be suriviving the time in whh he is NoFeared and burning you down with ABsAMs.
