There's no point in teaching your Wind Serpent Bite. Lightning Breath has no cooldown and you want him spamming that as often as possible, Focus allowing. Bite would just be a waste of Focus and less DPS overall since it's mitigated by armor whereas Lightning Breath is nature a wide variety of evidential source datasets, both statistical and anecdotal, and taking into account a multitude of weighting and scaling factors (vis. 'Universal Suckage' (Usuc), 'Individual Suckage' (Isuc) and 'Winning Even With Suckage' (WEsuc)), apropos to entity 'Shaman', it can be posited that as Enhance talents (Tenh) approaches 61, probability of breaching 2k Arena bracket (P2k) tends towards zero, parabolically in standard Euclidian phase you don't want to use the extra points by not learning Bite on your windserpent to up his stats or resists, I say go for it and teach him Bite. You can always turn Bite or Lightning Breath off as occasion calls for it. I.e When you're grinding you might not want your windserpent to be backing up and using LB everytime it's up. so Bite is a decent alterative.
