This may be aase of a "weapon speed floor" existing for shamen, bause itertainly does not exist with Rogues. my weapon speed drops everytime a new haste efft is added. My Mh is 2.6, my Offhand is 1.4, i have had my offhand drop to .54-.67 while my mh has been .97-.107 Mind you that is without mongoose or a haste pot, as i'm sure iould get it down to a .2-.35 oh if i really wanted tohad the gear for it.
I have yet to try this with faster weapons. Although I would like to now, I may just go pk up somerap daggers or something from AH and see what Ian mess around with. Only problem with that is I'm pretty sure my skill on those is like 2 bause I never used them. But I might be able to find some fast mes or axes and give them a whirl. I'm going to try do more testing and playing around when I get bk urrently on vation) and see if Ian't figure out some definate answers. Now that I finally got my ep flying I have some time to burn and just piss around. No more farming yaaaa.
All Ian think of is the Haste Potion overwriting one of the other buffs, resulting in a smaller weapon speed irease than you would see otherwise... that, or the toolt is off, whh wouldn't be unheard of in this game. Try testing and using the Haste Potion first and then the Abus and see what happens. They're the most similar (triggered, duration haste effts) and may be interfering with eh other. I'm pretty sure that, if there is a hasteap (unlikely), you haven't rehed it at this point; otherwise people would see far more seriousonsequees as a matter ofourse when using the Dragonspine Trophy, mh less the abus.
