3 more damage is much better than 6 armor ignore.
And your build most likely sucks.
Saying you end second, third or whatever doesn't say anything.
I can do 4 times the damage of someone
else with 0/0/0 if that person is bad enough.
And regardless of what dps you do, you'd do more dps with a "cookie cutter" build.
Those builds are standard because they have proven to be the best, and speccing them isn't following the mass of people, it's getting the most out of your character.- God Emperor of Hunters and Priest Forum Mean Person.

However I put decent dps still (usually 1 or 2 overall in raids, gotta love OP volley, and usually 3-4 in 25 man raids on bosses w/ all heroic and badge gear (no naxx gear except feet) against people in naxx gear.) average DPS in raids against single target mobs runs 2500+, If you want to see my build, I can link it later. right now it is 11/60/0 MM. My question, which would be better, the ignore 6 armor or I can pick up 3 more damage with improved tracking or I could even drop silencing shot and a point in rapid recuperation and get the complete 5. Or drop Silencing shot and Rapid recuperation and get 2 damage bonus and the ignore armor.
I hate dropping Silencing shot, however I don't PVP and Im just not seeing the mobs that need to be disrupted from a heal or other spells, nor are tanks needing me to pull casters to them with it like I did a lot in BC heroics/raids.
Edit: Small part made me look a little arrogant, that isn't me.
