This may be aase of a "weapon speed floor" existing for shamen, bause itertainly does not exist with Rogues. my weapon speed drops everytime a new haste efft is added. My Mh is 2.6, my Offhand is 1.4, i have had my offhand drop to .54-.67 while my mh has been .97-.107 Mind you that is without mongoose or a haste pot, as i'm sure iould get it down to a .2-.35 oh if i really wanted tohad the gear for it.<br>I have yet to try this with faster weapons.
