I was just looking at this guys build: Here Trubbles was his name and he said that his rotation was good. Remorseless Attks israp. Vigor is useless bause you won't be pooling energy asombat. old Blood is wasted on a build that is designed not to fution onrits (although with the SS glyph, this isn't as true as it used to be pre-3.0). Roste is good for leveling, but useless in any group or raid situation. Lightning Reflexes is a waste of five points. 12 in Weapon Expertise isovered in failsae. 22 or bust. Unfair Advantage is... meh? I believe that this is what you're looking for.
